Information collected

The service-request form collects required contact information, vehicle year/make/model, service location, access conditions, requested service, and the vehicle concern. VIN, odometer, and preferred date are optional. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, government IDs, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

Why Titan uses it

Submitted information is used to qualify the vehicle, requested service, location, access, pricing path, and scheduling follow-up. A submission is not a repair authorization, charge authorization, confirmed appointment, or proof that work has been accepted.

Security and abuse controls

The site uses Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure and may use Cloudflare Turnstile on the service-request form. The intake system uses duplicate-resistant request handling. Titan does not claim that any internet system is risk-free.
