HOW IT WORKS

Request. Qualify. Authorize. Verify.

Titan keeps intake, qualification, pricing, authorization, scheduling, service, and verification distinct so the customer knows what has—and has not—been agreed to.

1

Request Service

Send vehicle, concern, location, access, and contact information.

2

Qualification

Titan reviews service fit, safety, location, scope, and mobile suitability.

3

Quote / Estimate

Applicable pricing and scope are communicated using the appropriate process.

4

Authorization

Required customer approval is obtained separately before authorized work begins.

5

Appointment

A qualified time becomes confirmed only through the controlling scheduling process.

6

Diagnose / Service

Titan performs only the authorized work within the qualified field conditions and scope.

7

Verify

Relevant findings and post-service checks are documented against the actual concern.

8

Closeout

Applicable findings, records, invoice information, and follow-up are provided.

INTAKE IS NOT AUTHORIZATION

A website submission starts review—it does not start work.

Submission does not authorize automotive work, added work, charges, acceptance of an estimate, dispatch, or a confirmed appointment. Titan contacts the customer after review and completes the required later steps separately.

STEP 1

Send the service request.
